Ultrasonic Pulse velocity

Structural defects cause serious damages and collapses. Ultrasonic testing provides information on the strength and uniformity of concrete, rock, composites, ceramics, wood, epoxy, refractory materials and can be used to detect and localize voids, honeycombs, delaminations, pipes, cracks and defects. The ultrasonic pulse echo (UPE) technology extends ultrasonic pulse velocity (UPV) applications to objects where access is restricted to a single side. Proceq Pundit offers the most versatile range of ultrasonic testing instruments that are ergonomic and portable.

The Pundit Lab is a flexible UPV test instrument designed primarily for operation in laboratories. It supports all traditional UPV test modes. The Pundit Lab+ comes with an extended feature set.

Rebound Hammer

The Original Schmidt was invented and introduced into the market by Proceq in the 1950s. Since that time it has become the world’s most widely used instrument for non-destructive estimation of concrete strength properties, standardized in every major region. Not limited to concrete it is also used for rock, paper and mortar. Proceq rebound hammers are available in models with different impact energies, each designed for a specific test application. The latest models are the Original Schmidt Live, a fully connected hammer operating on iOs and Android and now the new SilverSchmidt OS8200 combining the proven accuracy of SilverSchmidt with all of the time saving reporting advantages of the live environment.

      CANIN+ is for the non-destructive detection of corrosion in the reinforcement bars of concrete elements. It enables the identification of concrete corrosion before it becomes visible and has caused damage. For the first time CANIN+ makes it possible to see a graphical plot of a large area assessment directly on the display of the measuring device. This enable the inspector to immediately mark on the concrete surface the areas of concern and to later down load the data for printing in a report.

      Range of Applications

      The CANIN+ concrete corrosion testing instrument offers a high speed method for performing half cell potential measurements used in investigating and assessing the corrosion of steel in concrete.
